Shipping 

UK (DPD Next Day): Price £5 (Free on orders above £150)

USA (DHL/FedEx Express | 1-2 Days): Price £15 (Free on orders above £250). Any orders containing perfume products will be shipped via FedEx, all other orders will be shipped via DHL

Europe (DHL/FedEx Express | 1-2 Days): Price £18 (Free on orders above £250)

Rest of world (DHL/FedEx Express | 2-3 Days):
Price £20 (Free on orders above £250)

Collect from our Brighton store: Free

Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are packed and collected the same day.

Import fees and taxes are calculated at checkout. 

Please allow 3-5 days for orders containing made to order or customised products to be dispatched.
 

Returns 

If you are returning your item from outside the UK please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.

Returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the case of preorders as we are making your items for you and would not otherwise buy the stock we cannot accept returns. We will do what we can if sizing is an issue to swap your item but cannot ensure this is possible.

Purchases made in-store are also subject to a 30 day return policy. Should you wish to return your in-store purchase, we offer an exchange or credit note only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you wish to exchange your item please note we cannot reserve items. We can only honour your exchange request if the item is in stock at the time of processing. 

Please note we do not refund duties and taxes and can only offer exchanges for UK customers.
 

Gifts

We cannot and will not send items internationally marked as 'gift'. This is illegal and puts us at risk.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning your item from outside the UK please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds 

If you have returned and item and have not had a notification from us that your refund has been issued, please email us hi@storymfg.com

If you have received a refund email but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 days and is out of our control and is down to banking times.
